Low impact Fitness Exercises
Tuesday 9:15 AM
Saturdays 9:00 AM


Join us for fun and fitness. This class offers a low impact class for all women,
all ages. This class is an hour of heart pumping fun with twenty minutes of small
weights and a wonderful relaxing cool down.
Please bring a floor towel or mat and small hand weights.

Tone and Tighten, Monday 9:15 AM


Special "Overweight, Out of Shape" class on Saturday at 9 AM.
"Every night begins with a single step. The Friends urge taking the first step on the road to weight loss & health management. This session is designed to improve cardio-health, muscle strength and flexibility; posture, balance, coordination and self esteem. The class goal is dropping some weight and inches.
You may pick up a pass at South Park Library for 10 classes for $40.

Body Bars and Step Exercises
This class is body sculpt and weight training in a fun and safe environment.
Bring some small weights and a mat. The body bars and steps
are available for your first class on a trial basis. Stop in to try
they are wonderful, fast moving, ever changing classes.


Purchase a 10 class pass at the library registration desk for $40

Just go to the class you are interested in and try this class once. If you have enjoyed your one try out classes, then please purchase a 10 class pass.  This is also a good way to give something new a try.  All classes are 1 hour and the room is air-conditioned.
